Description of project:

Carrying out energy audits within 6 medical institutions for the identification and documentation of integrated innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of energy consumption in combination with renewables. In particular, possible solutions for providing energy in autonomous regime to medical institutions when the main source of energy is missing was examined.

Activities undertaken:

• Project management, work scheduling.
• Developing and conducting detailed energy audits in 6 buildings of medical institutions in Moldova.
• Detailed analysis of energy efficiency and performance to quantify the full range of opportunities for a site.
• Economic calculation and examination of contracting models.
• Developing financing models for energy efficiency measures.
